Kaynes has been partnering with Marquee customers for complete “Build To Print” or “Build to Specifications” of complex Box Builds/sub systems/products in Defence & Aerospace, Transportation, Health care, IT and Industrial markets. Kaynes has an excellent New Product Introduction team which is capable of localizing all custom built parts including tooling for plastics. As of date Kaynes has completed more than 40 Transfer of Technology from overseas customers, where in both the process and the complete product has been qualified and approved for manufacturing for Global requirements. Kaynes practices Vendor Managed Inventory, where in finished product is stocked at a warehouse or customers location for giving close support to the customers of critical products. Exclusive integration lines are run to ensure OTIF(On Time In Full) with ppm less than 500.
Kaynes also has products from Concept to design stage, thru prototyping, thru pilot and thereafter to Mass Manufacturing. In this the complete activity of product reliability, validation and approvals are also taken up as project management. Type tests required for reliability of products is also carried out in external labs.
